TRANSITION TO MERJ ESCROW ACCOUNT: IMPORTANT UPDATE FOR INVESTORS
As part of our commitment to improving transaction efficiency and security, we are pleased to announce that the MERJ Escrow Account will officially replace the existing PKF escrow account starting 1 May 2025, removing the PKF leg of the process. We will, therefore, be updating the banking details on our platform to reflect this change.
Why This Change?
The move to the MERJ Escrow Account aligns with our ongoing efforts to provide a more robust, compliant, and efficient transaction process. This change facilitates better tracking, enhanced security, and greater transparency in managing investor funds. This change ensures a more streamlined and transparent process for all financial transactions, enhancing investor confidence and operational effectiveness.
