There are no raising fees and the capital that you invest will be Net. OrbVest will charge a management fee of 0.3% (30 basis points) to manage ODH. OrbVest also manages the underlying assets where additional fees are incurred which are built into the cash flow of the investment properties.

Diversified portfolio size exceeds $20 million, compromising equity investments in more than 26 OrbVest buildings.

Real Estate Investment Holding Period

Holding Period

The investment period is 5 years and the final distribution will be after the liquidation event in December 2027. If at the time of the liquidation event there are still unsold investments within ODH, they will be sold to a new entity at a valuation to be determined by an external valuator and based on the prevailing market cap rate. Shares can be traded at any time on the MERJ exchange with the assistance of OrbVest on a willing buyer, willing seller basis. Liquidity events may be created during the project term when the underlying investments are sold and the proceeds are not reinvested.
