Partnership
The entire project will be done in partnership with a Top 10 US Bank who have funded the transaction resulting in an initial payment of only $10 /sf for the acquisition of the entire land and Towers. Upon sale and exit a further $30 /sf will be required to be paid. Further to this, the bank will remain a partner in the project working together for a highly profitable exit.
